Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction via Zoom

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Linda Buckley, will show you how daily habits can be used as tools to manage stressors of everyday living. Two-part series includes:
❖ guided meditation
❖ mindful movement
❖ conscious eating (have a small snack available for this exercise)
