On June 24, 2015, Christopher Jr. fell into the water from a pontoon boat rented by his father in the area of Byram Cove. Christopher Jr. suffered a head injury when he was struck by the boat. The boy's organs were donated, and a month later, in his memory and in effort to promote random acts of kindness, the family launched the Kindness for Christopher campaign.

Morris Arts is pleased to offer two scholarship opportunities for graduating high school seniors who have exhibited artistic excellence in dance, drama, music, or visual arts and plan to pursue post-secondary studies at an accredited institution or acknowledged arts school or fine arts program.

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS LABORER – BOROUGH OF MOUNT ARLINGTON (Morris County) is seeking an individual to assist in the operation, maintenance and repair within the Department of Public Works, including Water/Sewer and Roads. 

We are accepting donations on behalf of past member, Robert Ranft, who we lovingly call "Silent Bob". who lost his home due to a fire on the morning of January 7, 2018

Mount Arlington finalized their Christmas Light Contest during the week of December 20th, and while they didn't find Clark Griswold this year, they did have four outstanding winners.

The Morris County League of Municipalities has announced the creation of the Arthur R. Ondish Memorial Scholarship, to be awarded annually in honor of the late Mount Arlington mayor to a graduating high school senior, starting in 2018.
