HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS to Morris County Sheriff's Officer Jonathan Feinberg, who now is a certified EMT after passing a four-month course and a rigorous National Registry Emergency Medical Technician examination.

A father of four who also is a Captain of the Mount Arlington Fire / Rescue Company, Officer Feinberg attended EMT courses three days a week from September 9 through December 23. He learned this week that he achieved certification after passing the NREMT exam.

" I enjoy public service and I feel an obligation to do it," Officer Feinberg said.

Following in the footsteps of his father, Officer Feinberg joined the Mount Arlington Fire Department as a junior firefighter at age 16.

He also is a U.S. Navy veteran and was a Hopatcong Police Officer before joining the Sheriff's Office in April 2019.

Thank you, Officer Feinberg, for your energy and dedication.
