The Roxbury High School honored the top ten students in the class of 2018 on June 7th. These students will graduate with the highest academic averages this year.
Roxbury High School Seniors Karly Forker and Michael Roumes were named 2018 Morris County Scholar Athletes by the Morris County Secondary Schools Athletic Directors Association.
Eisenhower Middle School once again won the Junior Solar Sprint Picatinny Invitational sponsored and funded by the Army Educational Outreach Program (AEOP).
Students at Nixon Elementary School came together on Friday, June 1st for their annual JAM FEST for Tem Matt.
The students of Nixon’s Culture and Climate Committee and Early Act Committee led the school-wide celebration. Students explained the importance of taking “Just a Minute” to be the best they can be for themselves and the people around them.
Students got together to sing and dance to Nixon’s theme song appropriately named, “It Only Takes a Minute” during the month of May.
The students were encouraged to bring in any spare change to support one of their very own students, Matt Adonis. Matt is fighting and winning a battle against cancer.
Together, the Nixon community raised a total of $429.48 to donate to the Adonis family. Nixon takes pride in celebrating themselves and helping others in need
Roxbury High School Senior Emma Karnitsky was honored at the 25th Annual NJSIAA Scholar/Athlete Awards Program and Luncheon on Sunday, May 20th in Edison, NJ.
Sixteen Roxbury High School seniors displayed their artistic artwork and skill at this year’s Annual Senior Art Show on Thursday, May 31st. Students showed off created pieces and answered questions during their open gallery spaces.
Last Friday was a great day to be a Gael. Twenty-five student-athletes from Roxbury High School participated in a signing ceremony committing to play their respective sports at the NCAA collegiate level.
