ROXBURY, NJ (January 17, 2020) – Nineteen seventh and eighth graders from Eisenhower Middle School’s Spanish Club in Roxbury Township took part in the 43 Annual El Museo del Barrio’s Three Kings Day Parade on January 6th in New York City.

ROXBURY, NJ (January 10, 2020) – Students from the new Structural Design and Fabrication class from Roxbury High School visited the Northeast Regional Carpenters Training Center in Edison, NJ along with students from UBC Jobs Corps Edison and the Middlesex County Vo-tech for National Apprenticeship Week in November. While there, students were able to tour the training facility, learn more about potential careers in carpentry, and opportunities provided to union members.

ROXBURY, NJ (January 8, 2020) – The North Jersey School Music Association held its annual Region 1 Band auditions on January 4th, where approximately 450 students competed to earn a seat in one of two honors bands, and the orchestra’s wind and percussion section.

ROXBURY, NJ (January 6, 2020) – Ten Roxbury High School students successfully auditioned for the North Jersey School Music Association Region High School Honors Choir. This ensemble is comprised of the top singers across North New Jersey.

ROXBURY, NJ (December 19, 2019) – New this year to Roxbury High School is a Structural Design and Fabrication course that covers a wide variety of topics including construction, carpentry, architecture, and design. Students are putting their knowledge and skills to work here at home in Roxbury.

ROXBURY, NJ (December 20, 2019) – Last spring Roxbury High School watched graduating senior Tyler DePree commit to joining the United States Army. Tyler left shortly after graduation to head to basic training in North Carolina and then on to Virginia for Advanced Individual Training where he’s been since.
