ROXBURY, NJ (February 23, 2019) – Roxbury High School’s Graphic Design has class has created a partnering program to work with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations (profit and non-profit).

This partnering program allows local businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations to leverage the creative talent of Roxbury High School’s Graphic Design team to help them achieve their business objectives based upon their design criteria, business mission statement and several other factors. It also allows our students to engage with the community and learn essential life and work skills that can prepare them for the ever-changing job landscape and world around them. Michael Mitchell, the Director of Instructional Innovation, went on to say, “Roxbury Public Schools recognizes the wealth of knowledge and experience in and around our community. Specifically, we are looking for you to help us strengthen our future workforce through partnerships with our schools and students.”
Scott Schilling, the Graphic Design teacher, shared, “Our Graphic Design students are talented, creative, and curious and want to demonstrate their abilities by working and designing for our partners. Do you need a brochure, a logo, or possibly a new menu for your business? Bring it to our design students and they can work with you to create your vision.”
To get started, all you need to do is a take a few minutes to fill out the Partner Survey to provide basic information about who you are and what you do. It will take about 10 minutes. Once you connect with the Roxbury Graphic Design team, they will call or email you and see how their Graphic Design students can assist you!
