Members of the Eisenhower Middle School’s Builder’s Club recently painted positive kindness messages on rocks in an effort to promote and spread kindness.
Some of the members took the rocks over to Horseshoe Lake and placed them in various spots in hopes that others may find them.
Club advisors, Marie Pessolano and Elizabeth Tucker shared that “If the rocks are found, there is a message on the bottom to Snapchat a picture of the rock with our filter #KindnessRox.”
Builder’s Club is the middle school version of Kiwanis’ Key Club at the high school and K-Kids at the elementary school. It is an international student-led organization that provides members with opportunities to perform service, build character, and develop leadership.
