The Lake Hopatcong Cruises fought long and hard to keep the beloved Miss Lotta’s Salute to Veterans Cruise, by delaying the event for several months in the hopes of still proceeding with the event.

Attention Lakeside Communities,

It is to our utmost discontent that Miss Lotta’s Salute to Veterans Cruise is unfortunately, CANCELLED for the 2020 season.

Lake Hopatcong Cruises has cancelled this popular community tribute to our Service Veterans. The COVID-19 pandemic poses too great a threat to the health and well-being of our Veterans, their families, and the adoring public.

Certainly, we are disappointed to cancel this Salute to Veterans cruise; however, please know, we did consider many alternate options to try and meet the current social distancing requirements. We could not come up with a viable option that meets our tribute expectations, while complying with current social distancing requirements.
