The Mayor of Jefferson Township has proclaimed that September is the month of Childhood Cancer Awareness.
This Police Officer Trading Card contest started by Junior Woman's Club, which runs from August through December, kids under the age of 18 compete to collect all 36 cards from each officer on the Jefferson Police Force.
