This fire took the home of one of the township’s most valued teachers and most dedicated volunteer, Pam Graham.

In the home, lived her son and his wife; her daughter; and 3 children (17 yr. old boy, 13 yr. old boy and 6 yr. old girl). The family and two of their dogs are safe. However, they lost one dog, a bunny, a lizard and the entire contents of their home. During the day yesterday, people provided donations for material items such as clothing, toiletries, pet food, etc.

The Director of Recreation Grace Rhinesmith is doing a collection for Pam and her family of monetary donations and gift cards (no specific stores please, only generic gift cards like visa, AmEx or MasterCard - or cash). All donations can be either dropped off at Grace Rhinesmiths office or left with the receptionist at town hall to be placed in her mailbox. Any funds collected will be put together with the funds from both the township schools and the Arts Committee and we will purchase additional gift cards and present all of them to her for the family so they can get through the next couple of months (or more). Please spread the word to others so we can give Pam as much help as possible.

If you have any questions you can contact Grace Rhinesmith at 201-317-9807
