Golf for Intermediates offered by Jefferson Recreation

The Jefferson Township Recreation Department is offering intermediate golf lessons at Bowling Green Golf Club to students 6 to 14 years of age and students 15 through adults beginning on Sunday, October 30. The program will be taught by Head Golf Professional Sean Roeser at the facility located at 53 Schoolhouse Road, Milton/Oak Ridge.

Bowling GreenThere will be six Junior lessons for 6 to 14 year old students on Sundays and Wednesdays for a 30 to 45 minute session beginning on Sunday, October 30 and continuing each Sunday until November 13 and on Wednesdays beginning on November 2 and continuing to the last session on November 16.  The 6 to 9 year old group will meet at the golf course at 3 pm, and the 10 to 14 year old group will meet at 4 pm.  The cost is $70 per student.

 

There will also be six lessons for students 15 years old through adults on Sundays and Mondays for a 45 to 60 minute session beginning on Sunday, October 30 at 2 pm and continuing each Sunday until November 13 and on Mondays beginning on October 31 at 4 pm and continuing each Monday to the last session on November 14.  The cost is $100 per person.

 

If you need golf clubs, Bowling Green will provide them for you.

 

Jefferson RecRegistration for this program is online -- The Jefferson Township Recreation Department is currently transitioning to an online registration system through Community Pass. Log on to http://www.communitypass.net and follow the prompts to set up your own personal account and register and pay for this program being sponsored by the Jefferson Township Recreation Department.  You will automatically receive an email confirmation after you register and make your payment.

 

If you experience difficulty in registering online, you can log on to www.jeffersontownship.net, click on the “Form Center” link on the left side of the home page, and scroll down to the Recreation Department to find Community Pass Online Registration Instructions with step-by-step directions for registering online through Community Pass.  If you need assistance after following the detailed instructions to create an account and register for this program, please contact the Recreation office at 973-663-8404 x4 or cpunturieri@jeffersontownship.net for assistance. 

 

Presently and in the future, you will be using your personal Community Pass account to register for all Jefferson Township Recreation Department activities including but not limited to exercise classes, Recreation Department-sponsored sports, Jefferson Striders, Mt. Creek Ski Club busing, the Rutgers SAFETY class, bus trips, Teen Scene, Camp Jefferson Summer Day Camp, etc. so remember your log in and password.
