Joseph Corsaro, 63 of North Bergen, NJ was arrested for DWI during a motor vehicle stop on Route 15 South, near the Exxon gas station. Corsaro was transported to Jefferson Twp Police Headquarters, where he was processed and released pending a future court hearing.

03/07/2020, 20-9082, DWI / MVA, PO Smolt:

Adam Minick, 36 of Myrtle Beach, SC was arrested for DWI after leaving the scene of an accident on Rt 15 South & Edison Rd. Minick was apprehended shortly after the accident by Jefferson Twp. Police Officers. Minick was placed under arrest and brought to Jefferson Twp. Police Headquarters, where he was processed and released pending a future court date.

03/09/2020, 20-9215, Warrant Arrest, PO Johnson:

Diego Delacruz, 24 of Guttenberg, NJ was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on Rt 15 South for an outstanding warrant. Delacruz was released pending a future court date.

03/11/2020, 20-9399, Warrant Arrest, PO Johnson:

Joseph Farrell, 25 of Lake Hopatcong was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Farrell was transported to Jefferson Twp. Police Headquarters, where he was able to post bail and released pending a future court date.

03/14/2020, 20-9886, DWI / MVA, PO Ondish:

Jack Marsen, 58 of Oak Ridge, NJ was arrested for DWI after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on Schoolhouse Rd. Marsen transported to Jefferson Twp. Police Headquarters, where he was processed and released pending a future court date.

03/14/2020, 20-9975, DWI / MVA, PO Ondish:

Karl Blum, 72 of Lake Hopatcong was arrested for DWI after the vehicle he was operating, ran off the roadway and overturned into the water on Roosevelt Ave, in Oak Ridge. Blum was not injured, and placed under arrest for DWI. Blum was transported to Jefferson Twp. Police Headquarters, where he was processed and released pending a future court date. Jefferson Twp. Fire CO#1 and Milton First Aid Squad, assisted at the scene.

03/14/2020, 20-9977, DWI / MVA, PO Carroll:

John Cueto, 24 of Paterson, NJ was arrested for DWI after the motor vehicle he was operating struck a guardrail and utility pole on Cozy Lake Rd. The vehicle then left the scene of the crash and was found shortly after. Cueto was transported to Jefferson Twp. Police Headquarters, where he was processed and released pending a future court date.

03/26/2020 20-11973 MVA, CDS Arrest, Agg. Assault P.O., SRO Fabian:

Motor vehicle accident Route 15 north revealed the driver David Lopez of Montville struck the guard rail disabling his vehicle. The investigation revealed Lopez was in possession of suspected Marijuana and drug paraphernalia located in. At headquarters Lopez became uncooperative and banging on the interrogation door, once the door was opened he lunged at P.O. Lamantia and was then restrained and place in cell #1. Lopez was charged with Assault on a Police Officer, Possession of CDS and other offenses. He was released pending a future court appearance.

03/26/2020, 20-12156, MVA/DWI, P.O. Paskas/Sgt Gjelsvik/P.O. Carroll:

Berkshire Valley Rd & Cayuga Trail, Alekci Junkovic, of Croton on the Hudson, NY, crossed into the opposite lane of travel and struck a vehicle headed in the opposite direction. After roadside sobriety testing it was determined Junkovic was operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was arrested and processed. His charges included the MV offenses and Assault by Auto. Released pending court appearance.
