Jefferson Fire is seeking your support to Restore “old” Engine 724 without taxpayers dollars through a GoFundMe site.

This Engine was part of Jefferson Townships history. In the early 70’s this was a first due Engine for JTFD1 to calls in Jefferson Township, it was part of many functions, sports events, parades and much more.

Later on, the truck was taken out of service as it was too much to maintain and equipment was updated with newer trucks, and it was sold.

In 2017 We stumbled upon this truck, and JTFD1 purchased the truck and is now owned independently by JTFD1.

This project is not funded by the township and it will be restored 100% independent of the township by donations raised or services offered.

We would like your help in funding the restoration of the truck so we can use in township functions and show off this piece of history. You can follow along on our website at www.jtfd1.com or Facebook page of JTFD1 to track progress once we start getting incoming funds.

Every little bit counts, and we appreciate your help!
