Hudson Maxim was proud to host Dr. Seuss Literacy Night through a grant written by first grade teacher, Doreen Sciabica and funded by the Hopatcong Education Association!
This amazing event invited students and their families to come in and have a TON of FUN with activities designed by many dedicated Hudson Maxim teachers and supported by staff!
Families were able to enjoy different stations that were themed after a Dr. Seuss book. Where to begin? One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish fishing, rhyming with Green Eggs and Ham, Fox and Socks tongue twisters, Cat in the Hat face art, Foot Book measuring, Cat in the Hat cup stacking, Dr. Seuss trivia, creating silly Dr. Seuss words and...
Let's not forget the photo booth!! What a great way to celebrate the love of reading than with one of the most beloved children's authors!
