Three Roxbury Massage Parlors busted for Prostitution

Local Police along with Federal Forces conducted an investigation into three Massage Parlors in Roxbury, which lead to the arrest of three people.

Members of the Roxbury Township Police Department, Hopatcong Police Department, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), conducted an investigation into three massage parlors in Roxbury Township. The investigation led to the arrests of the 3 following individuals:

The Paradine Spa, 967 Route 46, Kenvil

Arrested: Meihua Paio, 44-year-old female from Flushing, NY

Charged with Engaging in Prostitution

Released pending an appearance in municipal court

Note: This same Spa was busted in 2014 for the same reason.

Wawoo Spa, 410 Route 10 West, Ledgewood

Arrested: HaiYu Quan, 49-year-old female from Flushing, NY

Charged with Engaging in Prostitution

Released pending an appearance in municipal court

Kenvil Spa, 694 Route 46, Kenvil

Arrested: Zhenji Jin, 51-year-old female from Randolph, NJ

Charged with Engaging in Prostitution

Released pending an appearance in municipal court

Two additional females were taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigations.

One female was the subject of a Final Order of Deportation and the other was a Visa Waiver Program Overstay.
