From our Animal Hopatcong Control Officer: This month, there has been a surge in the number of rabies cases identified in wild animals in and around The Borough of Hopatcong. Protect yourself and your pets by having them vaccinated against rabies.
On or about July 24, 2017, Maxim Drive will be closed by number 345. This will remain closed for approximately one week for drainage repair by the County. The detour will be Sutton Trail to Division on the side near Northwood Firehouse. On the other side, it will be Crescent cove to Division by Hudson Maxim School.
On July 3, Nicolas T. was visiting the Crescent Cove Beach club where he was spending the day with his family and friends celebrating the long holiday weekend.
The buzz around the lake this month is the Lake Hopatcong Foundation (LHF) “Shop Local” indicative, where local residents are encouraged to support their local businesses. Now they have expanded into the on-line world!
