To help support a local Resident, Veteran and Firefighter the following ROCKER’s, Gary Hoey, Marc Rizzo and the Feudale Brothers Band will be doing a fund-raising concert this Friday to help off-set the medical bills.

Ray Vreeland is a Veteran, 45 year Volunteer firefighter, and now he is battling his 2nd round of cancer treatments. To support his father, Scott Vreeland has put together the following Rock Concert fund-raising this Friday:

Lead Attraction: Gary Hoey:

Gary HoveWorld renowned rock guitarist Gary Hoey’s first break came in 1987 when Ozzy Osbourne liked Hoey’s tape enough to fly him to LA for an audition. Although Zakk Wylde wound up with the gig, Ozzy recommended Hoey move to LA where he was certain he would get noticed. So he did - thanks Ozzy - and it paid off. In 1992 Gary’s cover of “Hocus Pocus” rocketed into the Billboard’s Top 5 Rock Tracks.

With a collection of 19 albums it’s no wonder Gary Hoey is listed as one of the top 100 guitarists of all time. He has toured and traded licks with the likes of Jeff Beck, Brian May of Queen, Ted Nugent, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Peter Frampton, and Dick Dale.

Marc

Supporting Attraction: Marc Rizzo

At 27, Marc Rizzo was already a household name among metal fans before finishing “Colossal Myopia”, his first solo record. A shredder’s shredder, Marc was a founding member of the immensely successful metal act “Ill Nino” with whom he recorded and toured. After leaving Ill Nino, he joined Soulfly in 2003 and played guitar on their fourth record “Prophecy” and every release since then.

Supporting Attraction: Feudale Brothers Band

BrosFeudale Brothers Band, formerly known as Mystic Haze, has been rocking the Jersey Shore with their edgy mix of rock and blues since forming in 2005.

The band’s eclectic musical influences range from The Beatles and Jimi Hendricks to the likes of Alice in Chains and David Bowie. Feudale Brothers Band has performed at famous venues spanning the tri-state area including The Stone Pony, The Wonder Bar, The Saint, The Court Tavern, Starland Ballroom, Mexicali Live and The Knitting Factory.
