Kelly Miller Circus - "America's One Ring Wonder!"

See a real circus under a big top! Traditional one-ring circus owned and produced by John Ringling North II, great nephew of the famous Ringling brothers. Two-hour performance includes aerial acrobatics, juggling, fire breathing, comedic clowns, elephants, camels, and a variety of other animals. Circus midway offers elephant, camel, and pony rides and opens one hour before show time. On circus morning, everyone is invited to watch the animals being unloaded and fed and at 9am witness the raising of the giant big top.

Mayor Russell W. Felter presents John Ringling North II, great nephew of the famous Ringling brothers, with the "key to the city" when his circus comes to Jefferson. Jefferson was home to Alfred T. Ringling, one of the famous Ringling brothers, and his original 1916 mansion still stands to this day and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Hopatcong Movie in the Park: Beauty and the Beast

Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" is a live-action re-telling of the studio's animated classic which refashions the classic characters from the tale as old as time for a contemporary audience, staying true to the original music while updating the score with several new songs.

"Beauty and the Beast" is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle's enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast's hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within. The film stars: Emma Watson as Belle; Dan Stevens as the Beast.

Veterans Cemetery Benefit Concert

Sussex County Technical School

Approximately 70 musicians from the Franklin Band, West Morris Community Concert Band, Bloomingdale Cornet Band and Palisades Park Fire Department Band will combine to present a benefit concert on behalf of the private, non-profit New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sparta. The performance will be at the Sussex County Technical School, 105 North Church Road, Sparta.
