LHF Winter Program: Landing, Crossroads of Lake Hopatcong

Landing was once a transportation hub for Lake Hopatcong with the Lackawanna Railroad, Morris County Traction Company, and two different steamboat companies all converging to deliver passengers to their destinations around the popular resort area.  Spectacular images of the Lackawanna, Black Line, and White Line steamers, and trolley, presented by Lake Hopatcong Historian Martin Kane, will give you a whole new perspective of this area and explain just how Landing got its name.
