Intro to Meditation

Relax and let go of stress, and approach life joyfully. Join an instructor from The School of Royal Yoga for an introduction to meditation and find your inner connection with peace.

Lead by Miriam Rosenberg from Royal School of Yoga in Chester, you’ll learn a simple technique called Japa Meditation to experience deep feelings of stillness.  You’ll learn breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind and receive instruction on how to develop a disciplined meditation practice.  We’ll close the class with a guided relaxation and visualization to allow you to relax fully and attain a state of tranquility and peace.

All techniques and tips are simple, easy to integrate and can create a significant impact and change when practiced regularly.  Dress comfortably. Appropriate for ages 14 and up.
