Join ShopRite Registered Dietitian Kristen Burdzy, MS, RD, as she discusses the importance of heart health, heart healthy nutrition recommendations, and lifestyle changes that you can make today to take better care of your heart. Kristen will discuss:
❖ lab values and blood pressure numbers and what they mean
❖ which foods to increase and decrease in your diet
❖ lifestyle factors that contribute greatly to heart health and overall health
