The Jefferson Arts Committee invites you to come out and Line Dance with us on Saturday, March 3, 2018 with DJ/Caller Ryan Pascarella of Hi Energy Entertainment at the St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church Hall located at 5635 Berkshire Valley Road, Milton/Oak Ridge, NJ.  The doors will open at 6:30 PM and the dance will start at 7 PM.

Our Lady Star of the Sea Indoor Flea Market/Craft Fair (Vendors Wanted)
Vendors wanted for Our Lady Star of the Sea's Annual Indoor Flea Market/Craft Fair being held on Saturday, March 24, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in Lake Hopatcong.  Table fees are $35 for a 6-foot table in the gym or $30 for a 6-foot table in the church hall.  Early bird discounts in effect for vendors who submit applications and payment by February 2.

Musconetcong Watershed Association’s 26th Annual River Cleanup

Musconetcong Watershed Association’s 26th Annual River Cleanup from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.  Email ambassador@musconetcong.org to register.  Trash bags, work gloves, water, snacks and t-shirts will be provided.  LHF will lead the Hopatcong State Park clean-up location.

This will be a full day of presentation focusing on canal history, preservation and local history topics. Native Plant Sale

Native plant sale to benefit the restoration of the Lake Hopatcong Station will be held from 9:00am until 1:00pm at the station, 125 Landing Road in Landing.

Based upon last year’s event:

Over 25 varieties of native plants will be available, including aster, black eyed susan, coneflower, bluebell and harder to find items like Witch Hazel and New Jersey Tea.

Lake Hopatcong Block Party

The Fifth Annual Lake Hopatcong Block Party at Hopatcong State Park is scheduled for Saturday, May 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hosted by the Lake Hopatcong Foundation (LHF), the event features scores of vendors, live music, boat and mini-train rides, on-the-water demonstrations and a children’s area, as well as numerous food and beverage options.
